Adventure and Cultural Tours Bay of Plenty provide an assured transport service.  Accordingly our cancellation policy reflects our own operational guidelines and also reflects the conditions put in place by the destinations we work with.    As each destination may have different cancellation periods or policies, these will be shown at time of payment - unless already specified in tour details.

Adventure and Cultural Tours Bay of Plenty general refund timeframes:
Cancellation more than 72 hours prior to tour start - Full Refund excluding fees*
Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to tour start - 50% Refund (unless expenses incurred) 
Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to tour start - No Refund

* Fees are set at a maximum 3.5% of payment amount
